SDCL § 58-35-13: Transaction of business without certificate of authority as misdemeanor.

CHAPTER 58-35. FARM MUTUAL INSURERS

The corporation shall not transact business as an insurer until it has received a certificate of authority as provided in this chapter. Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
