SDCL § 58-35-32: Insurance on churches, schools, and community buildings.

No contract of insurance covering any church, school, or community building referred to in § 58-35-29 shall be invalid because any director or officer of the insurer was or is a trustee, director, agent, custodian, or manager or in any way in control, supervision, or management of any or all of the property so insured.
