SDCL § 58-35-72: Articles of incorporation of surviving corporation amended by plan of merger.

If a merger has been effected pursuant to §§ 58-35-60 to 58-35-74, inclusive, the articles of incorporation of the surviving corporation shall be deemed to be amended to the extent, if any, the changes in its articles of incorporation are stated in the plan of merger.
