SDCL § 58-38-10: Rates charged for services--Approval by director.

The rates charged by any medical and surgical plan corporation to the subscriber for medical and surgical service shall at all times be subject to the approval of the director. The contracts by any such corporation with the subscribers for medical and surgical service shall at all times be subject to the approval of the director.
