CHAPTER 58-38. NONPROFIT MEDICAL AND SURGICAL PLANS

Any insurer issuing group health insurance pursuant to §§ 58-38-25 to 58-38-35, inclusive, is subject to all of the provisions of chapter 58-18B relating to rates.
