CHAPTER 58-4. ENFORCEMENT POWERS AND PROCEEDINGS

Sections 58-4-39 to 58-4-42, inclusive, apply to all insurers or persons doing insurance business notwithstanding any provision which exempts them from the insurance laws of this title.
