SDCL § 58-40-12.1: Notice required for rate increase by hospital service plan corporation.

Forty-five days before a contract rate increase is effective, the hospital service plan corporation shall notify the group employer or association in writing that the contract rate for the hospital service plan operated by the corporation will be increased.
