SDCL § 58-5-111: Repayment of loan by domestic insurer.

CHAPTER 58-5. ORGANIZATION AND GENERAL POWERS OF INSURERS

Any loan pursuant to § 58-5-108 or substantial portion thereof shall be repaid by the insurer, upon the director's prior approval, when no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose originally intended.
