SDCL § 58-5-15: Commencement of solicitation by mutual insurer.

Upon receipt of the director's approval of the bond or deposit as provided in §§ 58-5-12 to 58-5-14, inclusive, the directors and officers of the proposed domestic mutual insurer may commence solicitation of applications for insurance.
