SDCL § 59-11-4: Copying and certification fees.

  2. CHAPTER 59-11. MODEL REGISTERED AGENTS ACT

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying a copy of any document filed under this chapter:

(1) One dollar a page for copying; and

(2) Ten dollars for a certificate.
