SDCL § 6-12-10: Application of general election laws.

CHAPTER 6-12. HOME RULE CHARTERS

Except as provided in §§ 6-12-7 to 6-12-9, inclusive, general election laws shall govern elections on questions of adoption, amendment, or repeal of a charter.
