CHAPTER 62-1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

The department shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 governing the submission of the documentation required by § 62-1-11 and prescribe the form of the certificate issued pursuant to § 62-1-12.
