CHAPTER 62-1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any person who solicits or provides false information on an affidavit of exempt status under the South Dakota Workers' Compensation Law with actual knowledge is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
