CHAPTER 62-1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding subdivision 62-1-3(2), county highway superintendents, deputy sheriffs, constables, marshals, policemen, and firemen shall be deemed employees within the meaning of § 62-1-3.
