TITLE 62. WORKERS' COMPENSATION
CHAPTER 62-7. CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Any employee of the Department of Labor and Regulation who conducts hearings for workers' compensation claims pursuant to the department's authority to conduct such hearing shall be an attorney, licensed to practice law in South Dakota.
