CHAPTER 8-10. TOWNSHIP FISCAL AFFAIRS

The provisions of §§ 8-10-10 to 8-10-12, inclusive, shall not apply to any claim or demand for an annual salary or per diem of jurors or witnesses fixed by or in pursuance of any statute.
