SDCL § 9-19-3.1: Ordinance violation--Criminal procedure if subject to criminal penalty.

In a prosecution for the violation of any municipal ordinance or resolution that authorizes a criminal penalty, the proceedings are governed by the procedures set forth in title 23A.
