Tenn. Code Ann. § 2-1-118: Consolidated report on the Help America Vote Act requirements and payments

The secretary of state shall file a copy of the previous year's consolidated report on the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Title I, § 101 ( 42 U.S.C. § 15301 ), funds and Title II, § 251 ( 42 U.S.C. § 15401 ), requirements and payments to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house of representatives, the fiscal review committee and the office of legislative budget analysis by February 1 of each year.
