Tenn. Code Ann. § 29-30-216: Fees before general sessions court

The following fees shall be allowed in such suit:

(1) For issuing the writ .................... $1.00;

(2) For rendering the judgment .................... $0.75;

(3) To the constable, for executing the writ .................... $3.00.
