Tenn. Code Ann. § 33-9-207: Inapplicability to persons not meeting the applicable standards for service under this title other than state residence

The compact administrator shall not agree to accept any person with mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, or alcohol or drug dependence who does not meet the applicable standards for service under this title other than any requirement of being a state resident.
