Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-12-301: Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Acting in concert", as used in this part, means such conduct that would make one criminally responsible pursuant to § 39-11-401 , § 39-11-402 , or § 39-11-403 ; and (2) "Crime of force or violence" means any of the following felony offenses: (A) Aggravated assault as defined in § 39-13-102(a)(1) ; (B) Robbery as defined in § 39-13-401 ; and (C) Aggravated burglary as defined in § 39-13-1003 . Amended by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 545, s 8, eff. 7/1/2021. Acts 2012 , ch. 725, § 2.
