As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Home loan" means a loan which is: (A) Secured by real estate owned and occupied by the borrower for family residential purposes and which may include not more than three (3) additional residential units; and (B) Amortized over a period greater than one hundred eighty-one (181) months; and (2) Other terms used in this chapter, but not defined in this chapter, have the same meaning given to them by § 47-14-102 . As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Home loan" means a loan which is: (A) Secured by real estate owned and occupied by the borrower for family residential purposes and which may include not more than three (3) additional residential units; and (B) Amortized over a period greater than one hundred eighty-one (181) months; and

(B) Amortized over a period greater than one hundred eighty-one (181) months; and

(2) Other terms used in this chapter, but not defined in this chapter, have the same meaning given to them by § 47-14-102 .
