Tenn. Code Ann. § 49-11-702: Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) [Deleted by 2024 amendment.]

(2) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of human services;

(3) "Community-based vocational rehabilitation services" means vocational rehabilitation services provided by the vocational rehabilitation program in partnership with the local community as authorized under this part;

(4) "Department" means the department of human services;

(5) "Director" means director of the vocational rehabilitation program;

(6) "Division" means the division of rehabilitation services; and

(7) "Rehabilitation center" or "center" means a rehabilitation center authorized under this part.
