Tenn. Code Ann. § 49-8-803: Report on improvements to facilities and infrastructure

On or before July 1, 2023, and on or before July 1 of each subsequent year, Tennessee State University (TSU) shall submit a report to the governor and the members of the general assembly detailing the progress of improvements to TSU's facilities and infrastructure and how the improvements address the needs identified in the Tennessee higher education commission's evaluation of facilities and infrastructure needs for TSU on September 1, 2021, which is based upon a third-party consultant's facility condition assessment of September 2020.
