As used in this chapter:

(1) "Autocycle," "motor vehicle," "motorcycle," "motorized bicycle," and "motorscooter" have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-8-101 ; and

(2) "Automated driving system," "ADS," and "ADS-operated vehicle" have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-30-102 .
