Tenn. Code Ann. § 56-7-2703: Discrimination on grounds of genetic services prohibited

A health insurance provider may not deny or cancel health insurance coverage, or vary the premiums, terms, or conditions for health insurance coverage, for an individual or a family member of an individual on the basis that the individual or family member of an individual has requested or received genetic services.
