Tenn. Code Ann. § 56-7-2706: Routine examinations and analysis

Nothing in this part shall preclude a health insurer or life insurer from obtaining a routine physical examination or chemical, blood or urine analysis, or from asking questions related to the health of an applicant or the applicant's family.
