Tenn. Code Ann. § 56-9-502: Applicability

Where this section sits in the code

This chapter shall apply to:

(1) All domestic insurers; and

(2) Any other insurer doing business in this state whose state of domicile has asked the commissioner to apply this chapter as regards the insurer.
