Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-26-220: Distribution of copies of this part

The commissioner shall provide a copy of this part and any rules promulgated under this part to:

(1) Each licensee every two (2) years at no charge; and

(2) Any other person, upon request, for a reasonable fee that the commissioner may fix.
