Tenn. Code Ann. § 63-10-312: Administrative fees

(a) The board may promulgate rules to establish licensure fees necessary to carry out parts 2-7 of this chapter.

(b) All monies received by the board must be deposited and dispensed pursuant to § 63-1-137 .
