(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act." (b) As used in this part: (1) "County" includes any county having a metropolitan form of government; and (2) "Local government" means a municipality or county. Acts 2011 , ch. 278, § 3.
