Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-19-306: Provisions applicable to future offices

Sections 8-19-111 - 8-19-119 and 8-19-301 - 8-19-307 apply to the official bonds of all public officers of this state whose office may be established hereafter, unless the contrary be expressly provided.
