SUBCHAPTER C. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION PROCESS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

The department may set fees under this subchapter in amounts that do not exceed the amounts reasonably necessary to enable the department to recover the costs of administering this subchapter.
