SUBCHAPTER E. AGRICULTURAL LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAM

The authority may accept gifts and grants of money from the federal government, local governments, private corporations, or other persons for use in the agricultural loan guarantee program. The legislature may appropriate money for the program.
