SUBCHAPTER H. PEST AND DISEASE CONTROL AND DEPREDATION PROGRAM

The Texas Animal Health Commission, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, or Texas A&M AgriLife Research shall submit an application to receive financial assistance under this subchapter on a form approved by the board or the board's designee.
