CHAPTER 303. TELEPHONE SOLICITATION FOR CERTAIN LAW ENFORCEMENT-RELATED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS
SUBCHAPTER B. REGISTRATION AND BOND REQUIREMENTS

A law enforcement-related charitable organization shall file the organization's initial registration statement before the 10th working day before the date the organization begins telephone solicitation in this state.
