SUBCHAPTER H. TRANSITION PROVISIONS FOR 2013 AMENDMENTS

(a) In this subchapter, "2013 amendments" means the amendments to this chapter enacted by the Act of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011, that enacted this subchapter.

(b) The 2013 amendments take effect July 1, 2013.
