CHAPTER 93. LOSS DAMAGE WAIVERS FOR RENTAL OF CERTAIN HEAVY EQUIPMENT

A person injured or threatened with injury by a violation of this chapter may seek injunctive relief against the person committing or threatening to commit the violation.
