SUBCHAPTER I. SUPPLEMENTAL WINDING UP AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS

To approve a reinstatement of a partnership under Section 11.202, all remaining partners, or another group or percentage of partners as specified by the partnership agreement, must agree in writing to reinstate and continue the business of the partnership.
