Tex. Business Organizations Code § 200.313: STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN ACTION AGAINST TRUST MANAGERS.

An action may not be brought against a trust manager of a real estate investment trust under Section 200.312 after the second anniversary of the date the alleged act giving rise to the liability occurred.
