Tex. Business Organizations Code § 23.071: ANNUAL REPORT; PROVISION OF REQUIRED INFORMATION.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A corporation shall annually make a report of its condition to the banking commissioner and the Texas Department of Insurance.

(b) A corporation shall provide any information that is required by the secretary of state.
