  4. SUBCHAPTER D. VOTING OF OWNERSHIP INTERESTS

(a) An administrator, executor, guardian, or conservator of an estate who holds an ownership interest as part of the estate may vote the interest, in person or by proxy, without transferring the interest into the person's name.

(b) An ownership interest in the name of a trust may be voted in person or by proxy by:

(1) the trustee; or

(2) a person authorized to act on behalf of the trust by the trust agreement or the trustee.
