SUBCHAPTER D. JUDICIAL REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION

An action filed by the attorney general under Section 9.153 shall be abated if, before a district court renders judgment on the action, the foreign filing entity:

(1) cures the problems for which revocation is sought; and

(2) pays the costs of the action.
