SUBCHAPTER C. DRIVER EDUCATION AND DRIVING SAFETY CURRICULUM

A driver training provider shall submit to the commission for approval the course length and curriculum content for each course offered by the provider. The provider may implement a course length and curriculum content only after approval by the commission.
