SUBCHAPTER E. LICENSING OF DRIVER TRAINING PROVIDERS

Before an in-person driver education provider license may be issued, the department must determine that the applicant has adequate space, equipment, instructional material, and driver education instructors to provide training of good quality in the classroom and behind the wheel.
