(a) Except as authorized under Section 1001.112, a person may not teach or provide driver education or conduct any phase of driver education unless the person holds a driver education instructor license issued by the executive director.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 5.68(8), eff. September 1, 2021.
