SUBCHAPTER J. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

A driver training provider may not conduct a course of instruction or provide driver education course materials, as applicable, in this state before the date the provider receives the necessary driver training provider license from the department.
