SUBCHAPTER D. MINERAL DEVELOPMENT IN UNIVERSITY LAND

The drilling for and the production of oil, gas, and other minerals from the lands shall be governed and controlled by the Railroad Commission of Texas and other applicable regulatory bodies which govern and control other fields in this state.
