SUBCHAPTER I. UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON HURRICANE CENTER FOR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

The board may solicit, accept, and administer gifts and grants from any public or private source and use existing resources for the purposes of the center. State funding is not available unless the legislature makes specific appropriation for this purpose.
