Tex. Education Code § 111.141: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this subchapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of regents of the University of Houston System.

(2) "Institute" means the Texas Institute for Coastal Prairie Research and Education established under this subchapter.
